Samurai Jack

Pulled from my sketchbook. It was one of the first things I drew after my weeks long bought with plague grade flu. Its a wonder how your hands tend to forget how to work a pencil or brush after so long of inuse. I pounded out a lot of crap when I regained my energy and it was frustrating to retrain my fingers in what to do. I hadn't been sick like that for so very long so I wasn't used to such larthargic inactivity in my paws. So this drawing started out as a jedi but I decided it kinda looked like Jack so I kept going with it.

Titty Pryde

A friend from Oni press sent out requests to artists he knows for Kitty Pryde art to be compiled on his Wall of Pryde. Here's what I whipped up.

Black Dress

I drew this using my new crow-quill pens. Based an a girl dressed up for cosplay I found on the internet while scouring for subject matter. I bought the crow-quills in an attempt to learn a new technique for inking my chapter in Outlaw Territory 2 for Image. I'm sticking with the brush though because it holds more ink and I like the line quality better, but the quill is pretty good for effects and textures.
