This is an Adobe Photoshop color swatch set I use all the time for drawing, grey scale blocking and toning. It is named after the famed company of Dunedain rangers in the Lord of the Rings, which also consisted of the twin sons of Elrond.
They were perhaps the best mortal soldiers in Middle-earth.
