Character Design Class: Homework: The Shape of Orcs

One of the homework assignments from last week's Character Design Class was to practice drawing and manipulating the basic building block shapes of design. The three quintessential elements are Circle/Square/Triangle. I encouraged the students to add a theme to their drawings for the assignment. Characters. Observations. An overall story. Anything.

I chose to bang out a bunch of orc heads for each shape.
